Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return you must provide us with a proof of purchase.

If an item has been damaged during postage please send us a photo to buybathbombs.wa@gmail.com

Our support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and provide you with a prepaid post label to return the item to us,
upon the return we will contact you within 24 hours and discuss the option of refund or us sending you a brand new item.

Because of the personal nature of handmade soap and for hygiene reasons, Buy Bath Bombs regrets to inform you that we cannot accept returns on any orders that have been taken out of it’s wrapping or used.

If due to a personal reason you decide to cancel the order and it has been sent to you directly already, then a price for return postage will be covered by the customer and upon return of the item we will refund you the original payment that you paid for your order. In this case return postage is not refundable!
