On the presented photo we show how we basically package your orders – this sort of packaging protects us and you from any damages during transportation by 99%

1% we leave for Australian Post as we can not control the mood of the couriers that will affect their behavior towards your/our package. Please do not worry your parcel will be safe as we came up with a small tricky method which gets the couriers to HANDLE WITH CARE your parcel and it has a very positive result.

 

Throughout our business history, we have not had a single unhappy client that would have received their order in a state which would have negatively affected their shopping experience with BUY BATH BOMBS.

Shipping & Handling

BUY BATH BOMBS  ships orders using only Australia Post.

We are working hard to try to send all of our orders within 48 hours in the case of unpredictable events your order will be shipped within 1-7 working days from the time of the order placement.

Please consider the fact that our shipping warehouse is not open during the Weekends and it is why you should add an extra 2 days for orders which were placed on Friday after 12pm.

Please note…You may grant us an ‘authority to leave’ when placing your order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge’s desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

BUY BATH BOMBS will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

All international shipping will be conducted through Australia Post, subject to change in price, depending on location. Efforts will be made to contact these customers if extra charge is required, and goods will be held until contact is made.
