A: Yes, each and every single one of our products is Handmade in Australia and we pride ourselves by this fact!

A: Our office is constantly open between the hours of 8:00am to 18:00pm. If your call does not reach use directly or if the line is Busy please do not hesitate to leave a message and we will contact as soon as possible. You can also send us a direct online message through our contact form on our Contact Us page. You can text and email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year as we are always Open!

Q: What guarantee do you offer for all of your products?
A: We have a hassle and problem free guarantee policy for all of our products. If should any situation arise that there is a problem with your order or our product we will do our best to fix and resolve the issue free of charge! Customer satisfaction has always been our main priority and is what separates us from other businesses!

Q: Are any of your products tested on animals?
A: No! We are against such practices and have always been doing our best to use only cruelty free products only!

Q: How fresh are your products during an order placement?
A: We make sure to use natural ingredients that are cruelty free, all of our products are handmade by us and we only use the freshest ingredients for all of our products.
